The CVs of the candidates applying for our open positions are examined according to the position criteria and the candidates who are found suitable are invited for an interview by human resources. Candidates, who are considered to be suitable after the interviews, are invited to a second interview with department managers. The recruitment process is completed with the job offer made by our human resources department to the candidate who is found eligible in terms of professional knowledge and experience by the department managers.
