Companion Policy

Our primary concern is the health and well-being of our patients. To ensure this, please adhere to the following guidelines regarding companions:

1- If the physician deems the presence of a companion detrimental to the patient’s health, please comply with this directive. Our visiting hours are from 07:00 to 22:00.

2- For the health of our patients, only one companion is permitted.

3- Individuals exhibiting symptoms such as fever, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, vomiting, or infectious dermatitis are not allowed as companions.

4- Do not touch any patient care materials.

5- Respect the privacy of both patients and staff during your stay.

6- Avoid behaviors such as crying or shouting, as they may adversely affect the patient.

7- To protect our patients, do not bring or accept food and beverages from outside.

8- Flowers are not allowed in patient rooms due to infection risks. Flowers delivered for a patient will be given to them upon discharge along with a pre-delivered flower card.

9- Please refrain from using cell phones in areas with medical equipment.

10- Maintain a low volume to avoid disturbing patients.

11- Pets are not allowed in our facility. Please do not bring them.

12- Smoking is strictly prohibited within our organization, except in designated smoking areas.

13- In the case of a special patient, companion arrangements must be approved by the physician

Restrictions on Companions

The following individuals are not permitted to be companions:

  • Children under 18 years of age.
  • Those exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing, or expectoration, and those with a known active infectious disease.

Patient Information Disclosure

Patient health information is disclosed only under the following conditions:

  • Adult and Conscious Patients: Information is provided to the patient or their first-degree relative.
  • Child Patients: Information is provided to the parent.
  • No information about the patient will be given to third parties.
